Committee Memberships

Patricia has been a member of the Business Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland for approximately 17 years and has been both Vice-Chairman and Chairman of this Committee.  For 2 years, she was the Law Society representative on the Company Law Committee of the CCBE and also represented the Law Society on the Irish Companies Registration Office User Group, CROlink.  She was a member of the judging panel of the Leinster Society of the Chartered Accountants Published Accounts Awards 2000-2002.

She is also active in many intellectual property organisations both in Ireland and abroad namely, INTA (where she is a member of the Publishing Board), the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Agents, Licensing Executives Society, Marques, ECTA The Copyright Association of Ireland, The Copyright Association of the USA, The American Intellectual Property Law Association, International Bar Association, The Anti-Counterfeiting Group, The Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (where she is a member of the Domain Names Committee) and the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
