Sally-Anne qualified as a solicitor in December 2007 having completed a PhD which involved research in copyright, database rights and competition law (U.C.D.) in 2007 and a Bachelor of Civil Law (U.C.D.) in 2003.
As part of the Intellectual Property team within DFMG Solicitors, she represents and advises clients on trade marks, designs, patents and copyright – in both contentious and non-contentious matters .
Sally-Anne advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of licensing, franchising and exploitation of intellectual property rights as-well as general branding and protection strategies for intellectual property. Her practice area also encompasses advising on data protection, IT, promotions and advertising, defamation, competition law and life sciences issues.
