Brendan advises on both commercial matters and property
matters.
He advises on corporate restructurings, acquisitions
and disposals. He also provides a large number of national
and international clients with strategic commercial advice
on their activities in Ireland.
He has significant experience in advising on property
developments such as shopping centres, office developments,
retail parks, industrial sites and residential schemes. He
has expertise in construction, environmental and planning
law and tax based property transactions.
