Frederick Finiguerra - Associate Solicitor

Frederick holds an honours degree in Business and Legal Studies from University College Dublin (2002) and a LLM from the University of Bristol (2006).

Before joining DFMG Solicitors, Frederick worked and qualified as a solicitor in the UK with a boutique intellectual property firm of solicitors. During this time he specialised exclusively in intellectual property, dealing with most aspects of contentious and non-contentious matters.

At DFMG Solicitors Frederick deals with all aspects of intellectual property, both contentious and non-contentious, to include advising national and international clients on protecting, safeguarding and managing their intellectual property rights. He is also regularly involved in drafting and negotiating various intellectual property related agreements. He also acts in relation to disputes involving all aspects of intellectual property.
