Regina McCaghy - Associate Solicitor

Regina obtained an honours degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin, was admitted as an Attorney at Law to the New York State Bar in March 2006 and as a Solicitor in Ireland in April 2007.

Prior to joining DFMG Solicitors in December 2007, Regina trained with another Dublin firm, where she gained significant experience in property transactions of both residential and commercial nature as well as exposure to Probate and Estate Planning.

Regina specialises in commercial and residential property.  She has acted for a developer in the development and disposal of a residential development as well as private clients, dealing with all aspects of Property law including Landlord and Tenant law. She advises on the acquisition and disposal of property, structure of developments and the negotiation of Leases for both Landlord and Tenant.  She aims to provide a practical approach to assist her clients with their property dealings and to ensure a positive outcome to all transactions.
